We are open Saturday mornings year-round and Wednesday afternoons seasonally.

Saturday Market:

  • April through October - open 7:00am to 12:00pm

  • November through March - open 9:00am to 12:00pm

Wednesday Market:

  • April through the week before Thanksgiving - open 3:00pm to 6:00pm

Special Markets:

  • Thanksgiving Market on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving - open 3:00pm to 5:00pm

Location & parking

The Carrboro Farmers’ Market is located the Carrboro Town Commons (301 W Main Street) in downtown Carrboro, North Carolina.

Parking can be challenging in downtown Carrboro! If you’re able to walk, ride your bike, take the bus, or use another form of transportation, we greatly appreciate it. The Carrboro Farmers’ Market is convenient to the CW, J, and F bus routes - all buses are free through Chapel Hill Transit. The CW and J routes operate on weekdays as well as weekends.

Please see the map below for parking options. There are many parking spaces within a short walk to the Market (see interactive map below)! We recommend the Carrboro municipal parking lots, which are free to use. Click here to learn more about parking options in downtown Carrboro.

ATM

We have an ATM on-site for your convenience. It is located in a wooden structure near the Town Hall parking lot. Partial proceeds from the ATM surcharge benefit the Market.

The CFM accepts cash and credit cards for merchandise. Different vendors at the Market may accept different types of payment for their products. When you visit the Market, just ask what they prefer!

DOG POLICY

Dogs and other animals are not allowed in the Market area while the farmers market is open. Service animals are exempt from this policy.

Solicitation of signatures on a petition, solicitation of donations, or the sale, offering for sale, or distribution of any item, including written or printed material, is prohibited during Market hours.
