FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

  • We typically accept new members in December for the following season. We also have a guest vendor program for highly-desired locally-sourced specialty food items that complement the Market’s current offerings. Read more about applying to the market here. 

  • Many of our vendors accept credit cards. We also have an ATM on site (near our Information tent) if you prefer to pay with cash. Vendors who offer SNAP-eligible food items will accept tokens. All vendors accept gift certificates.

  • Yes, we accept SNAP/EBT and NC Farmers Market Nutrition Program benefits. We offer a dollar-for-dollar match for these programs called Double Bucks. Visit our Information Tent to learn more and get your Double Bucks. Read more about our SNAP/EBT & Double Bucks program here.

  • Our hours change depending on the season. We are open Saturdays year-round and Wednesdays seasonally. Click here to learn more. 

  • Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the Market area while the farmers market is open.

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to offer space for outside agencies, community organizations/projects, or nonprofits to table at the Market. We have limited space and capacity to schedule these groups, and our focus is on promoting our local farmers and vendors.
