We host undergraduate students at UNC Chapel Hill through The EcoStudio. Below are some examples of recent projects our interns have worked on:

• Developing and Expanding Market Bunch Kids Activities (Spring 2023)

• Evaluating and Developing Online and Visual Communications (Fall 2023)

• Developing and Strengthening Educational Special Events at the Carrboro Farmers’ Market (Spring 2024)

We are also a host site for UNC Chapel Hill’s Master of Public Health summer practicum. Below are some examples of projects our practicum students have worked on:

• Evaluating “Double Bucks” at the Carrboro Farmers’ Market and Growing Popup Markets (Summer 2022) 

• Evaluating, Expanding, and Gaining Experience with Local Food Access Programs at Farmers Markets (Summer 2023)
