Sam Suchoff is owner of The Pig, a restaurant that opened in 2010. The Pig buys antibiotic and hormone free, pasture raised hogs from local farmers and makes hot dogs, barbecue, baloney, ham. Sam has been running a hotdog cart at the Carrboro Farmers' Market for several years, selling homemade hot dogs ready-to-eat. Sam also sells packs of our homemade deli meats and other porky products.

The Pig sells at the Saturday Market.
