Chapel Hill, NC - Flo Hawley and Portia McKnight run this 37-acre farm, with 28 acres of pasture, a milking parlor and cheese facility, a covered barn for cows, and a hoop house for pigs. They make farmstead cow's milk cheese from the milk of their Jersey cows. Fresh and aged cheeses, pork, and some beef are sold at the market. 

Chapel Hill Creamery sells at the Wednesday and Saturday Markets. 

Production Practices: Cows are grass-fed. The whey from the cow milk is fed to the pigs.
