Melina's Fresh Pasta
Durham, NC - After a trip to Italy to learn traditional pasta making, Carmella Alvaro created Melina's Pasta in 2010. Carmella and Christopher Smith produce ravioli with fresh ingredients, gnocchi, fettuccine, sauces, and baked meals. All pastas are made in the Italian food tradition - fresh, local, seasonal.

Production Practices: Organic ricotta and RBST free cheeses are used in all pastas. Ravioli fillings are made with fresh produce and very minimal ingredients. Most pastas average less than six ingredients.
