A former bee-keeper and dairy-truck driver, Ken has been farming since 1972, and Maple Spring Gardens has been at the market since 1981. They accept WIC coupons, along with many others at the market. And here is a fun fact: Sarah Blacklin, the market’s manager, used to help Ken out with flowers and produce. She might even be known for accidental barn-wrecking with large trucks…
