Fall Family Day 2008
On Wednesday, October 15th, the Carrboro Farmers' Market, in cooperation with Kidzu Children’s Museum, Lantern Restaurant, and the Orange County Partnership for Young Children, provided an afternoon of fun activities for everyone in the family to enjoy. Many took part in pumpkin decorating, a scavenger hunt, broom making and other kids games on the green, as well as cooking demos and samplings from the Lantern Restaurant. Pumpkins were provided by Brinkley Farms. This was the last Wednesday Market for the season and we were so happy to see you and your family there. Fall Family Day is our latest community-building tradition.
