Wednesday, November 9 - Matt Neal of Neal's Deli joined forces with market farmer David Heeks for a Sauerkraut and Kimchi workshop!
Matt and David spread their love of fermented foods with hands-on instructions for making kimchi and sauerkraut, along with a history of the process.
Participants got to take home their very own jar to ferment at home, along with lots of goodies from BALL Canning Company! As a special treat, Matt and David also had recipes for their favorite ways to use the finished product, as well as samples of both to share!
