On Wednesday, August 24th, The Carrboro Farmers' Market presented Cooking with Apples - Marilyn Markel, manager of the cooking school at A Southern Season, visited the market to explore new and unique ways to incorporate apples into your cooking at home. Marilyn featured a spicy apple chutney as the recipe, served on Moravian ginger wafers.
